Love Thy Neighbor

October 2, 2017

With the horrible attacks that occurred in Las Vegas I think about what I can do to be a positive influence on those close to and around me. I enjoy making others laugh and smile. I know I'm not perfect and have upset others, but I do try and display good and love others. As a Christian I remind myself that I need to love thy neighbor as I love myself. So much hate could be erased or overcame if we just loved one another instead of blame, hate and treat one another so poorly.

Mark 12:30-31

30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’There is no commandment greater than these.”

Continue to pray for those that were affected by the tragic shooting in Vegas. Continue to pray for Zach Anderson as he begins his road to recovery after his injury last Friday night. Pray for our Nation. Pray for Pastor Corey and our church team as they prepare for Wednesday and Sunday services. Pray for the concerns that weigh heavy on your heart.
