Good Evening Everyone!
Been a busy week preparing for Irma. I'm sure that everyone has been dealing with a lot of stress, less sleep than normal and a lot more concern sense Irma has grown into such a large force. I want to express my appreciation for those that worked so hard to stock the shelves, worked hard to keep gas flowing into the service stations and the Emergency Responders that will be out working hard to keep things orderly and get normalcy back into our lives. I also know that in times as these when such a Great Force is pounding down on our neighbors and creeping up on us, there is a GREATER force to lean on for strength and support. God is always there for us. We just need to pray and leave it in His hands.
29 He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
Continue to pray for everyone dealing with this storm. Whether they are at their homes riding the storm out or emergency responders; pray for them. Continue to pray that when Irma passes over us the cleanup efforts are quick and easy. Pray for Eric and his crew as they get the power back on. Pray for Mikell and his fellow brothers and sisters in Blue as they work to maintain good order and discipline and support during and after this storm. Pray for our Nurses and Doctors as they support us in the health fields. There are so many more to pray for, so pray folks!
