Good Morning Church Family!
Lengthy but I think you'll enjoy it.
I hope everyone has an amazing day. Yesterday I was sitting at my desk and my mind started racing. It begin to think about the events leading me back to Church. Brother Larry and his crew painted our newly purchased home (several of the inside walls). We had no intention of having them paint our master bedroom, but he had his crew and told Terri there was no additional payment for this extra room; but he would love to see us attend a service one Sunday at JBC. She agreed.
I had recently started working at Biomedical Engineering at UF; now I see how much of a blessing this was. Zac Bielling and Dawn Smith gave me an opportunity to join their team. Little did I know but the relationship that I would gain with Zac would be one only God could deliver. Zac came from a Christian Family; his parents Robin and Jeff Bielling raised two fine young men in Church and it showed in how they dealt with things. Zac had walked with me one morning to the Sun Terrace behind Shands Hospital and Church and my faith came up. I relayed what I felt and he planted a seed in me that addressed an argument I had about Church. Little by little Zac chiseled away at me with providing a seat at his desk, an open door, the ability to allow me to ask more questions or address more feelings I had on my faith. He probably did not know it at the time, but he was working on a lost soul. God placed this scenario into my life; it is the only explanation that makes sense. He was working through my friend Zac. He offered me a position at BME; but I gained so much more, a Christian friend and most importantly I regained my faith and have grown so much closer to God. A door opened and I walked inside.
I also want to give some credit to D.j. and Clint; they both invited me to Church too. He works in mysterious ways!
One Saturday morning before I mowed my lawn I told Terri and the boys we would be returning to Church. It was Memorial Day Weekend 2015, the day my walk with the Lord truly began.
Thank you Lord for not giving up on me!

I want to continue praying for Pastor Corey and his family dealing with the loss of his Uncle; their father; a Husband; a Brother. Pray for our Mission Team making the final preparations for their journey to Ecuador. Continue to pray for The Carter and Sharp families. Pray for Mrs. Shirley's son as he continues to recover from his procedure. Pray for LaRay McMartin; she is a strong determined woman and it truly shows with the amount of issues that she has been dealing with on her recovery path. Pray for those things that are weighing heavy on your heart! Praise Him for all His glories!
