Good Morning Church Family!
Today may be gloomy; I may be home with some sinus pressure, but I have complete faith that God is in my corner and things will clear up. One of the hardest things I couldn't wrap my pea brain around when I was a non-believer was having faith in what I could not see. Faith that God was there for me no matter what. Listening to my prayers. Watching over me. Providing when I needed it. The definition of faith...
Strong belief in God or in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof.
Well, the resurrection of Jesus Christ has been proven. He is Risen! He died for all of us; washed our sins away.
What the Bible states about faith (one of the many verses)...
"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."
The more I grow in my walk with The Lord; the better understanding I have in Him, His Word and my Faith. He is there; you cannot see Him, but he is there. Pray to Him for He is listening. Love Him, for He loves you!
Continue to Pray for our Missions Team flying to Ecuador this week. Pray for Pastor Corey and Micah as they drive to Louisiana to lay his Uncle to rest. Please continue to pray for Bruce's wife, LaRay as she continues her journey to recovery. Please pray for a dear friend of mine, Shirley Kelly and her son. He is having a procedure on his heart tomorrow. She is a strong Christian woman that has helped me in my work place and I love her dearly. Pray for the concerns and affairs that weigh heavy on your heart. Praise His glories!
