Good Morning Church Family!
Prayer has become an important part of my daily ritual. My style of prayer maybe different from yours; my be viewed as unorthodox to some. That's okay. I don't believe it has to be the conventional way; get down beside your bed or the alter on your knees and pray. I find myself doing it at my desk; I may say a short prayer while I'm sitting in my car at a red light; maybe I just take a moment in my garage and just breath deeply and close my eyes and just seek Him for His strength and guidance. My point is, you can pray anywhere. If someone request a prayer for something they are dealing with in his or her life, I'm not going to wait; I do what I can to find a few moments and pray for whatever the circumstance, affair or request is. The Lord is always with us. I'm so thankful that I can reach out to our God whenever and wherever I need too.
Wednesday mornings is normally the time I start praying for Pastor Corey a little more as he is getting ready for his Wednesday evening bible study; Thomas as he prepares for his bible study; Eric as he starts ramping his worship team up for the praise he gives to our Lord; Pastor D-Rob prepares for his Youth Ministries, and his and so many more in our Church that have responsibilities to make our Wednesday and Sunday Worship times special. I pray for the guidance and strength they need to make our worship time great!
Pray for our Church Leaders; pray for our World Leaders; pray for the sick; pray for your concerns and for those that need Him!
Hope you all have a Blessed Day!
“And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed”. —Mark 1:35
