Good Morning Everyone,
I slowly roll out of bed this morning, wishing I had a couple more hours of rest. After a busy weekend and just thinking about the day I am going to begin; hoping it does not include too much excitement. I slowly get moving, using the bathroom, brushing my teeth and scrolling social media to see what it has to offer. I switch over to my search for the Bible verse that best supports my morning and the first sentence in Deuteronomy 31:6 jumps out at me. "Be strong and courageous." These four words are followed by a sentence explaining that the Lord is with me and there is no need to be afraid. I do not feel afraid, just tired, but the more I search my inner soul, I realize I am afraid and I need my Lord and Savior to help me deal with the things I cannot handle alone. Isn't it amazing that we have God and His Word to help us each and every day? For this I say, "Amen." With God we can achieve and overcome anything, so go out this morning and conquer the day!
Continue to pray for the lost. Pray for the guidance and strength needed to handle your day or to help others handle theirs. Pray for the teachers and workers supporting the on-going efforts of VBS. Pray for the weak and the sick needing God's touch to help them heal. Pray for the Church Leaders as they continue their efforts to support and educate us.
Hope you all have a Blessed Day,
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
