About Us

We are a body of believers committed to worshipping and serving Jesus Christ. We join with likeminded Christians in spreading the Gospel around the world.

We believe that Jonesville Baptist Church exists for four reasons:

To EXALT the Savior (John 12:32)
To EVANGELIZE the sinner (Matthew 28:19-20)
To EDIFY the Saints (Ephesians 4:11-16)
To EXPAND in size (Matthew 16:13-19)

We believe that Jesus Christ lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the sin of mankind, was buried in a borrowed tomb, rose from the dead according to Scripture, and is coming again to receive His Bride, who also is His Church.

We believe that salvation is the free gift of God to anyone who receives Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior and Lord (John 1:12,13). This salvation is received by God's grace through repentance and faith (Ephesians 2:8,9; Mark 1:15). It is our desire to minister the love and grace of Jesus Christ to you.
